The House
A real home, meant to be lived in — not staged.
Built with love for our family, for our children, and for the Philippines. The feeling of the house is something photos can only hint at — the warm breeze, the sounds of waves and village life, the quiet sense of belonging.

True beachfront
Step out of the gate and your feet are in the sand. The bay is calm; on clear days you can see all the way to Mindanao.
Three bedrooms
Quality linens, ceiling fans, and quiet corners. Comfortable for a family or a small group of friends.
Indoor & outdoor kitchens
A full kitchen with cooking tools indoors, plus an outdoor kitchen for slow island mornings and shared dinners.
Verandas & lounging
Covered terraces, hammocks, and lounging areas. Most days, this is where you'll find yourself.
Starlink Wi-Fi
High-speed internet throughout the house — reliable enough for video calls and remote work.
Smart TVs
For the rainy afternoon or the evening you'd rather stay in.
Drinking water provided
Safe drinking water is always available — refill anytime, no need to buy bottles.
Free parking & beach gear
Private parking, a first-aid kit, fire extinguisher, and gear for the beach are all on hand.
A perfect day at MARD
You wake to the sound of waves and the soft rhythm of village life. Coffee on the veranda. A swim before breakfast — the bay is calm and the water is yours.
Mid-morning, you might head out: a waterfall, a hidden beach, the old Lazi convent. Or you don't. You stay. You read. You cook something slow. The house unfolds easily — bedrooms, lounges, kitchens, shared spaces.
By sunset, you're back on the veranda with something cold in your hand and the sky turning orange behind the lighthouse. This is the part guests remember.
