The House

A real home, meant to be lived in — not staged.

Built with love for our family, for our children, and for the Philippines. The feeling of the house is something photos can only hint at — the warm breeze, the sounds of waves and village life, the quiet sense of belonging.

A perfect day at MARD

You wake to the sound of waves and the soft rhythm of village life. Coffee on the veranda. A swim before breakfast — the bay is calm and the water is yours.

Mid-morning, you might head out: a waterfall, a hidden beach, the old Lazi convent. Or you don't. You stay. You read. You cook something slow. The house unfolds easily — bedrooms, lounges, kitchens, shared spaces.

By sunset, you're back on the veranda with something cold in your hand and the sky turning orange behind the lighthouse. This is the part guests remember.
